The service
Tallis is a managed personal AI agent you reach in a private web chat or a private Telegram chat. Your subscription includes a private Agent Cell, supported capabilities, model routing, recovery backups, and support. Your accounts stay yours. Tallis uses only the access you connect and can revoke.
You are responsible for keeping control of the account you use to reach Tallis, whether that is your web session or your Telegram account, checking proposed work before approval when approval is required, and using Tallis lawfully and consistently with the rules of connected services.
Choose how Tallis acts
You control a global autonomy setting and may override it for individual capabilities:
- Preview: Tallis shows an exact preview and requires your explicit approval before each external change.
- Guardrails: Tallis may authorize an action only when it matches every limit in the rules you saved. A mismatch returns to approval.
- Autopilot: Tallis may authorize supported actions without asking each time, unless an override, exclusion, budget, restriction signal, or privacy setting blocks the action. Turning Autopilot on takes a second confirmation from you, in the same place, within five minutes.
The action broker enforces the current version of your policy outside the agent. The agent cannot authorize itself, change your policy, obtain external-action credentials, or bypass the broker. You can inspect your setting and pause external actions immediately.
Every mode retains tenant isolation, budgets, restrictions, at most once execution, reconciliation, and a receipt. At most once means Tallis never intentionally submits the same external effect twice. If a result is unknown, Tallis never automatically retries it; conflicting work remains blocked while reconciliation checks the destination or provider.
Actions Tallis will not perform
In the launch service, Tallis cannot purchase anything, transfer money, accept a contract, change passwords or account security, publish without a connected customer identity, delete accounts or bulk cloud data, or submit tax, legal, medical, or government forms. No autonomy setting changes those exclusions.
Connected sites may restrict automated activity. Tallis stops when a site or account signals a restriction. You remain responsible for deciding whether a connected service is appropriate for your use.
Jobs and fair use
A job is one delivered piece of work, such as a scheduled brief, researched answer, storefront update, draft, or action prepared for approval. Ordinary conversation, questions, and stored preferences are not jobs. Failed work and proposals you reject do not count.
Your plan has a monthly job allowance and separate deep-research capacity. There is no usage overage charge or surprise provider bill. Near a limit, Tallis warns you and prioritizes existing schedules and in-progress work. At the limit, new work pauses until the next period or a plan change.
Subscription, cancellation, and refund
The subscription is paid before Tallis creates your private service. When you cancel, renewal stops at the end of the paid period. Service continues through that period. At service end, schedules stop, new work in the web chat and in Telegram is rejected, connections are revoked, and the Agent Cell is suspended.
If provisioning or pairing cannot be completed, Tallis provides a refund rather than leave you with an unusable subscription. This is the launch service's stated refund commitment.
Your data and connections
The Privacy Notice explains processing, isolation, retention, export, and deletion. Use /privacy in the web chat or in Telegram to request an export or confirmed deletion. You can disconnect credentials independently of your autonomy setting.
Results and service changes
Tallis distinguishes drafts and proposals from completed actions. An external action is reported as completed only after a provider result or reconciled evidence, and the receipt shows the known outcome. Research and generated work can contain mistakes; review important output before relying on it.
Security incidents, provider emergencies, abuse, and account restrictions can require Tallis to pause or limit work. Tallis gives seven days' notice before materially reducing prepaid normal-use capacity, except when an immediate security, abuse, or provider-emergency control is needed.
